First aid and CPR are primary skills for anyone involved in adventure sports. This knowledge complements your basic knowledge for the Rescue Diving course.

The Emergency Rescue course is affiliated with PADI and specializes in teaching these skills to save other lives and these are useful for anyone, not just divers. Most PADI instructors are also Emergency Rescue instructors.

What will you learn?
• SBV (Basic Life Support), CPR and rescue breathing at the level of a lying person
• Use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator) – optional
• Prevention and care in a state of shock
• Management of spinal cord injuries
• Use of barriers to reduce the risk of disease transmission
• Basic first aid
